Excellent selection of Italian food, one of my favorite dishes is the chicken Alfredo. The tiramisu is the best.

Everything was Delicious 3 refills on the Salad it's out limit.

Over rated and Over priced. No flavor. I liked the setting and music. The bathrooms were clean. The service was ok but the food and drinks thumb down. I won't be going back. I gave a 2 stars because of the bread sticks they give you and our waitress was really nice

No flavor and over priced. The music is nice and it's comfortable. The drinks are watered down and over priced. The salad was ok but nothing that caught my taste. I won't be going back. The bread was AMAZING that's why I gave 2 stars.

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I love the good vibes and fresh dishes and beverages. Keep it up.

Every time I go, I am never dissatisfied or disappointed. The waiter was new and still did an amazing job. Keep doing what you are and don't be nervous!

I love the soups and bread sticks AND the delicious desserts!!! 2 things I do NOT like are: There are 2 stalls in ladies restroom that are SO SMALL you can hardly get yourself and your purse into!!!! Not good! I heard other ladies complaining also! The other thing is: Handicapped Parking is TERRIBLE. There are only 2 that are close to the door! There's probably MORE spaces reserved for "food pick ups"...AND...they're ALL close to the door!!! It would be VERY NICE to have these things changed! Thanks for listening!

Our waitress was great. But the food was really bad. We had 4 different dishes and they were all bad. Will never go back

Deziree was our waitress, 34 weeks pregnant but on the ball! Service was great, we asked for our salad, one of us wanted onions, the other did not. She brought sliced onions on the side. A request for alfredo sauce and marinara for dipping our bread came out quickly. The food was good, her recommendations for the 5 cheese sauce were spot on! yum! It was crowded, but the wait was less than 10 minutes. She brought us boxes and bags to pack up our leftovers and brought our to go order just as we were finished checking out. Loved it!

It's an all time favorite restaurant for my family. The chicken alfredo is the best.

Had the steak and fettuccine and it was really good! Also told it could be a 2 plus hour wait for a group of 10 and we were seated in 30 minutes or less! Great service and great food!!!

Thank you for the great service.. Tuscana soup the best... Just keep an eye on the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially in the lights right above where people are eating. Shrimp and Chicken pasta, awesome!!!

Food is always bomb. But I was a bit disappointed this time cuz my hubby & I shared a tour of Italy plate but we literally got 2 bits of both lasagna & chicken parmigiana then the fettuccini was a decent amount but that's noodles & sauce! Lol anyway the soup & salad is always bomb though!

Ordered One Item got a whole different item. Had the server put the food in the baxk seat cause i had confidence that the food would be right. I live out of town its a 45 minute to an hour drive home. When i got home discovered the food wasnt right. Rang up Olive Garden they said i had to come all the way back to get it replaced. I explained to them where i lived and just how long a drive that would be and asked for other alternitives like a partal refund.The person was completely unwelling to do anything for us and my picky kids wont eat this stuff. So the food and my money goes in the Bin. Don't order from this place. Dine in dont get Carry out!!!Calling my back going to dispute the charges!!!!

Our last visit we were informed after waiting 30 minutes that they were out of the dish we ordered. The waitress never even apologized. We then waited another 15 min for them to bring out another dish to replace the one we originally ordered. This visit today at 11:30 a.m. they were already out of broccoli. The alfredo was beyond dry. And both dishes of the baked tortellini were cold. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring out hot dishes. The service is usually very good but whoever runs the kitchen doesn't do a very good job. We won't be returning to this Olive Garden again.

The customer service was wonderful but the food left a little to be desired. We got our food to go, we order the lunch special one shrimp scampi and a build your own, but by the time we'd arrived home our food was dry. The noodles in the scampi were sticking together and there wasn't much sauce. We were disappointed with the flavor

Food is good, servers are great people and good at their job, the kitchen needs to get a move on and get the food out before people go through two bowls of salad before their food shows up at the table.

The 2 4 1 is great. I spent $60.00 for 3. It's really $10.00 each meal.

Cool lunch. Waitress came just on time but didn't hover. Allowed us to have a conversation. Waitress was actually really nice. Will definitely look for her again. Food was good. Everything came on time and allowed me to leave within the hour without feeling rushed. Awesome

Every time I have been here the food and service has been excellent until today, it is 5:15pm, not to many people trying to eat. They took us to our table and we sat waiting for about 15 minutes, if my wife hadn't stopped a waiter passing by who knows how much longer we would have waited. Our waitress showed up about 30 minutes after we had been sitting there and then we never saw her again, seriously. Olive Garden really dropped the ball tonight. The reason I gave 4 stars you ask, well let me tell you about Miguel the waiter my wife stopped, this guy was not our waiter yet he stepped up and took our order, served us our food, he is a super employee/waiter. The 4 stars are for Miguel, the only good thing about Olive Garden.

I ate here last night with my two children and the service was wonderful thanks to Jen. She was quick and attentive and friendly. She even backed me up when I was pushing healthy side options for my kiddos. The reason for only three stars is this: one of my sons was violently sick with food poisoning from bad shrimp in his dinner. He ate fettucine alfredo with shrimp, which is a standard choice for him. I called this morning to let the restaurant know their shrimp was bad and the only response from "a manager" was a passing "Okay, thanks" and a hang up when I was speechless. There was no sympathy or real reaction that would have been good customer service or a decent human response. This interaction will make me question any future visit and we definitely wont be eating their seafood in the future.

Excellent lunch of soup and salad with garlic bread sticks. Followed by brownie lasagna dessert, very yummy. The service was fast and friendly.

Love coming here to eat. I always ask for Miriam to be my server because she is always attentive to what me and my guests needs and goes above and beyond. The food always comes out fast and the service is excellent. I had never had as amazing customer service as I do when Miriam is my server. Will keep coming back for the food and amazing service.

My wife and I stopped in for a late dinner. We felt bad about coming in for the last hour. However, received phenomenal and welcoming service by Daniel. We've never had such great service, the food was great as well. We hope to see Daniel the next time we come in. If you get service from Daniel you're gonna have a good time!

I found a hair in my pasta but the waitress took it off of the bill. I'd probably only go again for the unlimited soup to be honest.

Tiramisu is my favorite desert, it's just so good.It's a must when you go to Olive Garden.

During our visit to Bakersfield we search for descent restaurant. After much search we finally found Olive Garden, I signed online to be on the waiting list. Few minutes after our arrival we were sitted. We really enjoyed our time at Olive Garden in Bakersfield. The food was good, and the service was excellent.

Recently met up with a long lost best friend from 50 yrs ago! We were treated like Queens, given a booth for as long as we wanted! The food was excellent, the service beyond expectations & the entire staff took care that we had all the time we wanted to visit! Now THAT is The Olive Garden Partnership with our community!

Good food, nice background music, sort of classy while being family friendly.Only complaint is that there are waits on bad days it can take a while to get served on even giving a timer beeper to let them know that enough time has passed.Love the chicken Alfredo and potato soup there. The spicy lemom shrimp are a treat as well with a bit acidic to make it really good. It's my moms favorite place and i love the mint chocolates they give at the end. 5 stars

I love this place! Where else can a person go and get unlimited soup and salad at a affordable price? It's nice when you can treat a friend to lunch without going over your budget. The service is great! I recommend the Olive Garden highly.

The food was good. Cool and chill waitress. But when we got a second order of breadsticks I found BURNT HAIR on my breadstick. Good food. Not coming again.

This place never disappoints. The classic Italian dishes are consistent. It's not food that your best friends Italian grandmother serves in her kitchen in Piedmont. But it's flavorful nonetheless. Great prices with huge portions. Staff is friendly and prompt most of the time, and filled with knowledge of the food.

Have not been here for a long time. We had a gift card, so we had date night. The bartenders Sara and Bill were awesome! I think they forgot about us, cuz the wait was long. They had the AC full blast, I was actually freezing. The food was mediocre, not very impressed.

Food is very good here but too expensive. Desserts are also way, way too expensive. Service was awesome. We only had to wait 10 minutes for our seating. Parking is okay but they really need a new parking area. They've changed the foyer and it's much better than before because they've expanded it greatly. They've also put in a television for waiting guests. There is a desk to order to go items and several parking spaces dedicated to those patrons only. They just need to lower their prices. It's pasta, salad and bread. It shouldn't be $19.99 for a dinner. Desserts were 7.99 and 8.99 and small.

Zuppa Toscana soup is always delicious.

Nice waitress, lunch was good. Quick and accurate order taken. Need to bring back the Never ending pasta bowl deal. Two Adults & 2 children 8yrs and 3years . Took breadsticks home . 50$ LUNCH WAS A BIT PRICEY IN MY EYES. FOOD WAS OKAY

Angel hair pasta was overcooked and there wasn't one whole noodle in site.

Tasty pasta and sirloin steak at good price! Food's served fast and bread before a meal was also properly cooked.
